Terms and conditions
Last updated: 1 October 2026.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all quotes, appointments and work carried out by Motor Design (BE 0839.489.765), Santvoortbeeklaan 23b, 2100 Deurne, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Appointments and requests
A request via the website, WhatsApp or email only becomes an appointment once Motor Design has confirmed it.
3. Quote and approval
You receive a quote or a clear estimate in advance. If it turns out during the work that additional work is needed, we contact you first. Extra work is only carried out with your approval.
4. Diagnosis
A diagnosis is a technical assessment made as accurately as possible on the basis of fault code reading, measurements and checks. We cannot make a definitive diagnosis remotely (by phone or from photos).
5. Parts
On request, you can have replaced parts returned to you, unless they have to be handed in or disposed of under the applicable rules.
6. Payment
Invoices are payable when the car is collected, unless otherwise agreed (for example for business customers). Motor Design may retain the car until the invoice has been paid.
7. Collecting the car
We let you know when your car is ready. If the car is not collected after repeated reminders, we may make further arrangements with you, such as storage charges.
8. Warranty and liability
The statutory guarantees apply to work carried out and parts supplied. Motor Design is not liable for defects resulting from normal wear and tear, incorrect use or repairs by third parties.
9. Complaints
Do you have a comment or complaint? Let us know as soon as possible via info@motordesign.be or by phone, and we will look for a solution together.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are preferably settled by mutual agreement.
