In short

This website only uses analytics cookies from Google Analytics, and only if you give consent via the cookie banner. Without your consent, we do not load Google Analytics and no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies for advertising (no Facebook pixel, no remarketing).

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar techniques, such as localStorage in your browser, are subject to the same rules.

Google Analytics (only with your consent)

With Google Analytics 4 we see how visitors use our website: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive at the site and whether, for example, they click the call button, the WhatsApp button or the appointment button, or submit a form. This helps us improve the website. The content of what you fill in on a form is not sent to Google Analytics.

We have configured Google Analytics with the advertising features switched off: no Google Signals, no personalised ads, and the consents for advertising cookies (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are always set to “denied”.

IP address: to load Google Analytics, your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address in the process. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses; the IP address is only used to derive an approximate location (such as country or city) and is then deleted. Google may also process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. More information can be found in Google's privacy policy.

Your choice: md_consent

We store your choice (accept or decline) and its date in your browser's localStorage under the name md_consent. This is needed to remember your choice, so we don't show the banner again on every page. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. After 6 months we ask for your consent again.

Withdrawing or changing your consent

You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you choose “Decline” there, Google Analytics will no longer be loaded and we delete this website's _ga cookies from your browser. You can also delete cookies and site data yourself in your browser settings.

Technically necessary data

Our hosting provider (Netlify) may process technical data needed to display the website securely and correctly, such as your IP address in server logs. No consent is required for this.

Map and external links

The map on the contact page is only loaded when you click “Load map”. At that moment your browser connects to OpenStreetMap, which receives technical data such as your IP address. If you click a link to WhatsApp or Google Maps, you leave our website and the cookie and privacy rules of those services apply.

Changes

If we start using other cookies that require consent, we will update this policy and ask for your consent again beforehand.
